Follow-Up Codes
You must define the following Follow-up codes used to identify services provided to a student as a consequence of an expulsion.
Code | Description |
|---|---|
20 | Placed in alternative school for expelled students |
21 | Instructional services to the student at home |
22 | Instructional Services in non-school/community location |
23 | Education provided by another district or agency (DHS, CMH, DCH) |
24 | Place in strict disciplinary academy – MCL 380.1311(3) |
25 | No educational services |
26 | Other Educational Service Referral |
