General/SRM/EC Exit (Status) Code Update

General / SRM / Early Childhood Version: 6.1

This changes applies only to districts that are using non-state defined Exit (Status) Codes. The report was excluding students with a non-reportable state Exit (Status) Code. To include these students in the report, the district will need to enter a state reportable Exit (Status) Code in the ‘Reported Value’ field in the ExitCode Code Sets (System Management > Data > Code Sets). If no data exits in the ‘Reported Value’ the report will use the Exit Code as the state reportable Exit (Status) Code. If neither the Exit Code or the Reported Value is a state reportable Exit (Status) Code, the student will not appear in the file.
