The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

Attendance For Transcript Update

Attendance For Transcript Version: 1.8

The following updates are made to the report:

• The Student Grade or Setting ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]educSetting) is used for the reported grade level unless the field is null, when null then the PowerSchool Grade Level is used to report attendance. The report only reports attendance for grade levels 0-12 and 14.

• Grade Level 14 is added to the report. It will only print the most current attendance for the grade level and the report should be run yearly to keep track of the attendance for each year the student is in Grade Level 14.

Early Childhood Programs Validation Update

Invalid validations appear when the Early Childhood Program is anything other than 01 or 02 and Additional Eligibility Factors and/or Qualifying Factors are selected. This is corrected and the validations function as expected.

An issue with publishing contacts who have a State/Province address field updated as blank has been resolved.

General/SRM/Early Childhood EOY 2022-2023 Update

General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 5.7

The following updates are made:

• The Major Version on the EOY General and EOP Early Childhood Collections are updated from ‘2022-2023’ to ‘2023-2024’.

• The Collection ID is updated:

  • EOY General Collection to ‘278’

  • EOP Early Childhood Collection to ‘275 ’

• The following changes are on the EOY General Collection File:

  • Part B Preschool Outcomes (EC Spec Ed Assessment) component -Assessment Tool characteristic is removed from the file.

  • Part B Preschool Outcomes (EC Spec Ed Assessment) component - Other Tools Comment characteristic is removed from the file.

  • Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Data Source characteristic is removed from the file.

  • Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Other Source Comments characteristic is removed from the file.

  • Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Parent Input characteristic is removed from the file.

  • Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Parent Input Date characteristic is removed from the file.

• The following changes are on the EOP Early Childhood Collection File:

  • Federal Poverty Level characteristic accepts codes 08-11.

  • EC Delivery Schedules characteristic accepts new 09 code.

  • EC Program characteristic accepts new 22 code.

Title III Validation

A validation is added that allows only 30 characters in the “Place of Birth” ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]immPlaceOfBirth) field. The field is found on the student’s Compliance, Components, Title III English Learner and Immigrant, Non-Reported page and is only used by the MI DataHub for CEDS reporting.
