Ed-Fi Performance issues

Performance tuning suggestions have been implemented to address query performance issues. Changes have been made to adjust the backend query structure, DB calls, and other organizations to reduce the time and improve efficiency. Most resources have been affected by these improvements. No additional steps are required by districts at this time.

All entered Discipline records will now be published. Previously, only records marked for State Reporting were published.

MI: General / SRM / Early Childhood 'Student Grade or Setting' Update

MI General / SRM / Early Childhood Version: 5.8

The 'Student Grade or Setting' override was not reporting when the student grade level was less than 0 or greater than 14 (i.e. a student in grade level -1 and a Student Grade or Setting of 00). This is fixed and students will appear in the report when their 'Student Grade or Setting' override is set to 00-14 regardless of the students grade level.

MI: MI Official Enrollment Student Roster Entry Date Update

MI Official Enrollment Student Roster Version: 3.0

The report is updated to correctly display the report Entry Date from the student’s District Entry Date. If the District Entry Date field is blank, the Entry Date from the student's enrollment record is displayed.

When the report type of General Collection/SRM is selected, the ‘Student Grade or Setting' override was not reporting when the student grade level was less than 0 or greater than 14 (i.e. a student in grade level -1 and a Student Grade or Setting of 00).
