All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Attribute Display Update

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.6

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and now, when an attribute is entered/assigned to an incident, participant, or action, it will be reported as follows:

• Text/Numeric/Date attributes - The saved text/numeric/date value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name.

• Yes/No - The saved Yes/No value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name.

• Select - If the attribute checkbox is checked, the name of the attribute will be displayed in the report output name.

The data viewer pages for Ed-Fi resources now display actual LEA names instead of “LEA Office” for the district collections.

The system now publishes contacts with valid relationship mappings (F, M, G, O) based on district-set defaults. Unnecessary relationship codeset mapping is removed, and unlinked parent records will not be published.

General/SRM/Early Childhood Fall 2024-2025 Report Update

General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 6.2

The update is for the 2024-2025 Schema, the district should not install this release if the 2023-2024 Schema is still in use by the district for the SRM Collection. The following updates are made:

• The major version on all three collections is updated from ‘2023-2024’ to ‘2024-2025’.

• The Collection ID is updated:

  • Fall General Collection to ‘288’

  • SRM Collection to ‘284’

  • Fall Early Childhood Collection to ‘285’

• The Fall General and SRM Collections removed the ThirdGradeRetentionDecision component from report.

• The General and SRM reports include the foster care students to the limited discipline when the limit discipline option is set to ‘yes’ on the report parameter page and the Foster Care Student flag is selected on the Non-Reported tab.
