PSSR-355146 | General/SRM/Early Childhood Incident Management Duplicating Behaviors | General/SRM/Early Childhood Version: 6.4 The Incident Management discipline was reporting multiple Serious Bodily Injury or Sexual Assault records in the General and SRM Collections when an incident had multiple students, and one or more students had an Incident Type of Code 60 (Physical Violence with injury) or 61 (Physical Violence without injury). This is corrected. |
