State Reporting 20.9.3.0 Release Notes

The Ed-Fi Purge Processor has been enhanced to improve performance.

Filters are added to all the publishing steps to exclude the disabled years from publishing. This allows publishing for the enabled years to continue and not be interrupted by the disabled year's records.

External scripts were being used when generating the UIC request page. These extra scripts were causing conflicts with PowerSchool internal scripts. The external scripts have been removed, and the code adjusted to use the internal PowerSchool scripts to prevent errors.

The Determination Date is not an MSDS Report characteristic. However, it is required for report calculations, so the Determination Date has been moved to the MSDS Reported tab and labeled accordingly.

Pandemic Learning Pupil List: Version 1.0

A new Pandemic Learning Pupil List is created to assist Districts in tracking two-way communication between teachers and students.

The following updates are made:

• The Date field label is changed to Contact Date.
• A field is added for Response Date.
• If a Contact Date was previously entered, the date will be moved to the Response Date field.
• If Other is selected as a Contact Type, a message about entering details in the Teacher/Student comments displays.
• The Class field list displays courses for the entire year.

The following validations are added:

• The UIC is entered.
• The UIC is exactly 10 digits.
• The UIC is numeric.

Virtual Learning Contact Form: Version 1.0

A new Virtual Learning Contact Form is created to assist Districts in tracking two-way communication between the teacher and the student.
