Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL): Version 2.2

The following updates are made:

The age limit of 21 for student criteria is removed.
Students completing courses that are identified with a Subject Area Code of ‘23’ and a Course Identifier Code of ‘012’ receives a Completion Status of ‘CS’.

The validation for the student age limit is removed.
The validation is fixed for Rule 252.160.5 (If Course Type is ‘07’ and the Completion Status is ‘CP’, the Credits Granted or College Credit must have a value greater than ‘0').
