MI KRA Enrollment Export

Introduction
This will create the MI KRA Enrollment Export file.
When opening this CVS file in Excel or Google Sheets, the leading zeroes in the State Student ID and School ID Number will be removed. This will cause issues in the import into the KReady Online system.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
Student records are selected based on the following criteria:
- The start date of the class must be before the Report End Date entered.
- The end date of the class must be after the Report Start Date entered.
- If using a current student selection, the student must be in the current student selection.
- The student must have 'Include in KRA Reporting?' selected on the State/Province - MI > KRA tab.
- The student must be currently enrolled in a course or section that has a Kindergarten Classroom Type set to '01', '02' or '03'.
- The student cannot be set to be excluded from State Reporting.

| Current Selection Students* | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

Start Date | Enter the start date for the date range. |
End Date | Enter the end date for the date range. |
Select schools to export. | Select which schools to export if applicable. |
| Data Collection Token | Enter the Enrollment Token. This number changes every year and is found in the KReady Online system by going to: Login > Administration > Data Collections. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
