MI Discipline
Introduction
This will create the MI Discipline report. Use this report to generate a summary for a specific date range for students who have a discipline record for the number of days specified below. Discipline records are grouped by student, not by the school they are enrolled in at the time of the incident. This report details state-specific discipline field information for each incident as well as totals for the number of consequence days assigned to the student.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records based on the following criteria:
- The student had a discipline log entry with an incident date between the First Day of School and Current Count Date parameters.([Log]Discipline_IncidentDate>=First Day of School) and ([Log]Discipline_IncidentDate<=Current Count Date)
- The student had a discipline log entry marked to be included in state reporting. ([S_MI_LOG_GC_X]includeGC=1)

Field | Description |

Current Selection Students | Select whether to run the export file for the selected number of students or for all students. |
Select schools to export. | Select which schools to export if applicable. |
First Day of School | Enter the date of the first day of school. |
Current Count Date | Enter the current count date. |
