MI MSDS Attendance Data Summary
This will create the MI MSDS Attendance Data Summary report. Use this to display the same attendance component data (days attended/days enrolled) that is submitted with state submissions. The report allows users to retrieve records where students have absent days greater than or equal to an amount specified. This is a summary by the school of the student's attendance.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records based on the following criteria:
- The student had an active enrollment between the date entered in the First Day of School parameter and the date entered in the Date To or Count Date parameter of the report.
- The student had absent days greater than or equal to the amount entered in the report parameters.

Current Selection Students | Select whether to run the export file for the selected number of students or for all students. |
First Day of School | Enter the date of the first day of school. |
Date To or Count Date | Enter the date to or count date. |
Select schools to export. | Select which schools to export if applicable. |
Absent days greater than or equal to | Enter the number of absent days greater than or equal to. Use this to pull only those students that have a total number of absent days greater than or equal to the value entered. |
