The following updates have been made to the Incident Profile report:

• The report will now return incidents with the correct action (or actions) when it is run for specific action(s).

• The report will now return the expected incidents when it is run for actions that happened during a specific date range.

• The report will now return incidents with the correct behavior (or behaviors) when it is run for specific behavior(s).

Ed-Fi: Add a Feature to Exclude the Courses/Sections from Ed-Fi Publishing - UI Update

Description: A new field for Exclude From Ed-Fi has been added to the Courses and Sections pages. The value of the corresponding Course Exclude From Ed-Fi field will be displayed on the Sections page so users will be aware of the Course value. When this new field is marked to Yes, then the Course and any associated data or the Section and any associated section, will not be published in Ed-Fi.

NOTE: This will also exclude data from showing in MiLearn.

Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) - New: Version 1.5

Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) Validation - New: Version 1.5

The following updates are made:

• The Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) - New report is updated to include the College Credit (potential) characteristic when a Course Type is identified as (07) Dual Enrollment and the College Credit (potential) is “0”. The College Credit (potential) is entered on the Courses page and can be overridden on the Sections and student’s Historical Grade pages.

• The Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) Validation - New report is updated to identify the course with an error of “ERROR dual enrollment/early middle college enrollment with invalid college credits.” if the Course Type is “07” and the College Credit (potential) is blank.

The report is updated to use the student’s MSDS School Facility Number Override when the field is populated.
