PSSR-329347	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report ORA-00904 Error Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report Version: 1.3 The yearly medication inventory report has been updated and will now run (and complete) as expected.
PSSR-323722	Ed-Fi: Add Course Level Characteristics	Course Level Characteristics Element has been updated with new values. The element will be publishing a value D01 when Course Funding Program is updated in the Course page. The second value will be based on the Course Type updated in the Course page from 00 to 10.
PSSR-319860	Ed-Fi: S2E2 Logic needs to ignore excluded schools	Ed-Fi: Local Education Agencies Description: When a school is excluded from state reporting and a student has that school entered in their S2E2 field, the S2E2 LEA record is not publishing. The S2E2 Logic query to publish S2E2 records compares an S2E2 value to the Schools table. If it finds a schools record, then it does not publish that S2E2 record. Changes have been made to take into consideration that a student can have an S2E2 number that corresponds to an 'excluded from state reporting' school. The S2E2 LEA Record did not publish because there is a school record, but the school record did not publish because it was excluded. We now ignore the excluded from state reporting flag when publishing the S2E2 records. The S2E2 LEA record will now publish correctly.
PSSR-324803	Ed-Fi: Student Publish Status Page - Missing Student Number / Incorrect Grade Level "K" In Header	The Student Publish Status Page now displays the student number and the correct grade level in the header.
PSSR-323728	Ed-Fi: Update MSIXClockHours on studentSectionAssocations	MSIXClockHours on Student Section Association was updated with the new logic. The new logic will be fetching based on the bell schedule update for the respective Calendar date and if the student is updated as Migrant.
PSSR-323723	Ed-Fi: Update msixCourseSectionDescriptor On Sections	When publishing the section resources, the msixCourseSectionDescriptor will be publishing the MSIX Course Section ID from the Course Level if the MSIX Course Section ID is not selected at the Section level.
PSSR-301927	General/SRM/Early Childhood Fall 2023-2024 Report Update	General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 5.3 The update is for the 2023-2024 Schema, the district should not install this release if the 2022-2023 Schema is still in use by the district for the SRM Collection. The following updates are made: The Major Version on all three collections is updated from ‘2022-2023’ to ‘2023-2024’. The Collection ID is updated: Fall General Collection to ‘276’ SRM Collection to ‘272’ Fall Early Childhood Collection to ‘273’ The following changes are on the Fall General and SRM Collection Files: Part B Preschool Outcomes (EC Spec Ed Assessment) component -Assessment Tool characteristic is no longer in the file. Part B Preschool Outcomes (EC Spec Ed Assessment) component - Other Tools Comment characteristic is no longer in the file. Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Data Source characteristic is no longer in the file. Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Other Source Comments characteristic is no longer in the file. Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Parent Input characteristic is no longer in the file. Part C Early Childhood Outcomes component - Parent Input Date characteristic is no longer in the file. The following changes are on the Fall Early Childhood Collection File: Federal Poverty Level characteristic accepts codes 08-11. EC Delivery Schedules characteristic accepts new 09 code.
PSSR-329810	General/SRM/Early Childhood Fall 2023-2024 UI Updates	The following updates are made: The Early Childhood Special Education Assessment component page: Component UI Name is changed to ‘Part B Preschool Outcomes (EC Spec Ed Assessment)’. The Flag is changed to ‘Include Part B Preschool Outcomes Data in MSDS Reporting?’. Assessment Tool on the UI for Assessment Record 1 and Assessment Record 2 are moved to Non-Reported tab. Other Tools Comment on the UI for Assessment Record 1 and Assessment Record 2 are moved to Non-Reported tab. Changed the label name of ‘Entry Assessment Date’ to ‘Entry Rating Date’. Changed the label name of ‘Exit Assessment Date’ to ‘Exit Rating Date’. The Part C Assessment component page: Component UI Name is changed to ‘Part C Early Childhood Outcomes’. The Flag is changed to ‘Include Part C Early Childhood Outcomes Data in MSDS Reporting?’. Data Source on the UI for Assessment Record 1, 2, and 3 are moved to the Non-Reported tab. PSSR-328614	MI Data Hub - Relabel	The ‘MI Data Hub’ label is changed to Snack-Pack.
PSSR-329646	MI: Early Childhood Programs Component Updates	The Early Childhood Programs component page is updated as follows: Federal Poverty Level: Code (07) 301% FPL is moved to the Obsolete section. Codes 08-11 are set back to acceptable choices. Early Childhood Delivery Schedule: A new code of ‘(09) GSRP Extended Week/Year’ is added. Code ‘(09) GSRP Extended Week/Year’ cannot be selected unless the Early Childhood Program code is reported as (01) Great Start Readiness Program. If selected, it will report a validation error code of ‘Delivery Schedule 09 can only be selected if EC Program = GSRP (01). (CEPI 171.202.1)’.
