All States/Provinces: ReportWorks Startup Time Update

The ReportWorks/SRP config files have now been modified to be called only through the re-initialization cycle. This improves the SRP startup times and avoids previously reported failures.

All States/Provinces: State Validation Tab Visible for All States

The State Validation tab that was introduced in SR 22.12.2 in error is now removed from the System Reports area of PowerSchool.

Official Enrollment Student Roster - School Override Update

Official Enrollment Student Roster Version: 2.5

The following updates are made:

• The Student > State/Province > School Demographic > ‘School Facility Number’ is re-labeled to ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override’ to clarify this field is only needed when the student should be reported in a school different than their school of enrollment in MSDS reporting. The field name is not changed, only the label for clarification.

• A new report parameter of ‘Report Students at’ is added to the Official Enrollment Student Roster with the options of ‘School of Enrollment’ or ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override’.When ‘School of Enrollment’ is selected, the student will report in their enrolled school regardless of the data in the student’s ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override'.When ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override’ is selected, the student will report in the school identified in Student > State/Province > School Demographic > 'MSDS School Facility Number Override’. If the number entered in this field is not identified with any school, the students will list in their school of enrollment.

• The ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override' is added to previous enrollments ([S_MI_REN_GC_X]adminUnit). This field will be used to populate the Official Enrollment Student Roster Report when the Count Date of the report falls within a student’s previous enrollment and the ‘Report Students at’ is set to the ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override’ option.Note: The field was not added to previous enrollments until the 2022-2023 school year, all previous enrollments created prior to this release will report this field as blank unless manually entered.

• These updates do not change the way the ‘MSDS School Facility Number Override’ works with any other reports, including the collection reports.
