75% Two-Way Missing/Incomplete Records Report: Version 1.0

A new 75% Two-Way Missing/Incomplete Records report is created in the Administrator and Teacher portal to identify students with either missing or incomplete two-way communication logs as defined in the parameters chosen by the user.

75% Two-Way/Attendance Participation Report: Version 1.1

The report now combines the Two-Way Communication Logs and Attendance Codes when both options are chosen to determine if the student(s) has met the requirements of the parameters set by the user.

Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version: 1.1

The Clock In/Clock Out Report has been updated and will report multiple Time In and Time Out values, on a single day, if they exist.

Contact Tracing Report Version: 1.3

The Contract Tracing report has been updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points will be extracted:

• Name
• Student/Staff Indicator
• Student Number
• Grade Level
• School Abr
• Incident Date
• Incident ID
• Incident Title
• Incident School Abr
• Contact Name
• Phone Number

Early Childhood Collection: Version 3.9

The following updates are made:

• Major Version is updated to “2020–2021”
• Collection ID is updated to “233”
• Federal Poverty Level codes “08”, “09”, “10” and “11” are added.

The Ed-Fi framework code mapping is modified for code values longer than 30 characters. These values can now be mapped for Ed-Fi publishing:
• Long code values from the log entry codes are displayed on the Ed-Fi Code Set Mapping page.
• Long code values that have been mapped publish the mapped value.

The Request UIC function now correctly retrieves new UICs for students and displays their data correctly.

General Collection: Version 3.9

The following updates are made:

• Major Version is updated to “2020-2021”
• Collection ID is updated to “231”
• Early On Services is added to the report
• Tuition Funded Enrollment is added to the Membership component

General/SRM/Early Childhood - Address Update: Version 3.9

When there is data in any of the five Count Day Address fields on the Personal Demographics tab of the State/Province-MI student page, the fields will override the core address fields on the report. The Count Day Address fields should be cleared between submissions.

General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 3.9

Users with school-specific access can only run the General/SRM/Early Childhood report for the school.

On the Personal Demographics tab in the State/Province-MI student page, the following new fields are available:

• Count Day Street Address ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdStreetAddress)
• Count Day Street Address 2 ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdStreetAddress2)
• Count Day City ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdCity)
• Count Day State ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdState)
• Count Day Zip ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdZipCode)

If these fields are populated, they will override the core address fields. This allows districts to override the student's current address when creating the MI General / SRM / Early Childhood, MI Early Roster, MI Request for UIC, or MI Teacher Student Data Link export files.

The list of students will now be returned if the user enters a start and end date that span multiple years.
