A new 75% Two-Way Missing/Incomplete Records report is created in the Administrator and Teacher portal to identify students with either missing or incomplete two-way communication logs as defined in the parameters chosen by the user.

Ed-Fi Framework: Ed-Fi Code Mapping Modified to Handle Long Code Values

The Ed-Fi framework code mapping is modified for code values longer than 30 characters. These values can now be mapped for Ed-Fi publishing:
• Long code values from the log entry codes are displayed on the Ed-Fi Code Set Mapping page.
• Long code values that have been mapped publish the mapped value.

General/SRM/Early Childhood - Address Update: Version 3.9

When there is data in any of the five Count Day Address fields on the Personal Demographics tab of the State/Province-MI student page, the fields will override the core address fields on the report. The Count Day Address fields should be cleared between submissions.

Users with school-specific access can only run the General/SRM/Early Childhood report for the school.

On the Personal Demographics tab in the State/Province-MI student page, the following new fields are available:

• Count Day Street Address ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdStreetAddress)

• Count Day Street Address 2 ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdStreetAddress2)

• Count Day City ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdCity)

• Count Day State ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdState)

• Count Day Zip ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]pdZipCode)

If these fields are populated, they will override the core address fields. This allows districts to override the student's current address when creating the MI General / SRM / Early Childhood, MI Early Roster, MI Request for UIC, or MI Teacher Student Data Link export files.
