State Reporting 21.1.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-250066	Attendance For Transcript	Attendance For Transcript: Version 1.7 The report now calculates the Grade Level Days and Grade Level Days Enrolled columns for the entire school year and does not limit the calculation to the last school attended. However, the School Attended column will list only the last school attended for that grade level.
PSSR-252475	Discipline - Update	Discipline: Version 1.7 When a user has school-specific access, the Discipline report can only be run for that school.
PSSR-252468	Early Roster - Update	Early Roster: Version 2.3 When a user has school-specific access, the Early Roster report can only be run for that school.
PSSR-251448	Ed-Fi: Auto Publish StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation When Email Changes	Ed-Fi now automatically publishes StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation resource when an email address changes.
PSSR-252255	Ed-Fi: Publish Learning Preference	Ed-Fi now publishes the Learning Preferences fields. These are part of the new Digital Equity fields that the state has requested. The new Digital Equity fields are published in the studentEducationOrganizationAssocations record.
PSSR-252476	Exit/Transfer-In - Update	Exit/Transfer-In: Version 1.8 When a user has school-specific access, the Exit/Transfer-In report can only be run for that school.
PSSR-252471	MI 4061 FTE - Update	MI 4061 FTE: Version 1.6 When a user has school-specific access, the MI 4061 FTE report can only be run for that school.
PSSR-252477	MSDS Attendance Component Data - Update	MSDS Attendance Component Data: Version 1.4 When a user has school-specific access, the MSDS Attendance Component Data report can only be run for that school.

PSSR-252480	Official Enrollment Student Roster - Update	Official Enrollment Student Roster: Version 2.3 The following updates are made: When a user has school-specific access the Official Enrollment Student Roster report can only be run for that school. When there is data in any of the five Count Day Address fields on the Personal Demographics tab of the State/Province-MI student page, the fields will override the core address fields on the report. The Count Day Address fields should be cleared between submissions.
PSSR-253235	Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal	A district-level pref is now available to enable the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry in the Public Portal. The pref is disabled by default. This pref can be found on the following page for all states/provinces. Path: Start Page> District Info > Miscellaneous.
PSSR-252467	Request for UIC - Update	Request for UIC: Version 1.6 The following updates are made: When a user has school-specific access, the Request for UIC report can only be run for that school. When there is data in any of the five Count Day Address fields on the Personal Demographics tab of the State/Province-MI student page, the fields will override the core address fields on the report. The Count Day Address fields should be cleared between submissions.
PSSR-253137	Security Update - Digital Equity and Learning Preferences Public Portal Data Collection	A security update has been made to the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data collection functionality in the public portal and now records can only be seen and modified for the student tied to the guardian that is logged in.
PSSR-253766	TSDL Validation - Update	TSDL Validation: Version 2.0 When a user has school-specific access, the TSDL Validation report can only be run for that school.
PSSR-253363	TSDL/TSDL Migrant - Update	TSDL/TSDL Migrant: Version 2.0 When there is data in any of the five Count Day Address fields on the Personal Demographics tab of the State/Province-MI student page, the fields will override the core address fields on the report.
