MI Request for UIC
Introduction
This will create the MI Request for UIC export file. Use this to obtain or validate Unique Identification Codes (UICs) for students.

Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
Student records are selected based on the following criteria:
- The student is included in state reporting. ([Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting=0)
- The student's school is included in state reporting. ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting=0)
- The student's exit date is greater than the Previous Count Date entered in the report parameters.([Students]ExitDate>Previous Count Date)
- The student does not have the same date selected for the Entry Date and Exit Date.
- If selecting the option to run for only Students Without UICs, then the Michigan Unique Identification Code must be blank.([Students]State_StudentNumber= )

Current Selection Students | Select whether to run the export file for the selected number of students or for all students. |
Entity Type Code | Select the entity type code. |
Entity Code | Enter the entity code. |
Reporting District's State Assigned 5-digit District Number | Enter the reporting district's state assigned 5-digit district number. |
First Day of School | Enter the date of the first day of school. |
Previous Count Date | Enter the previous count date. |
Current Count Date | Enter the current count date. |
Select schools to export. | Select which schools to export if applicable. |
Run For | Select whether to run for students without a UIC or for all students. |
Schema Version Minor | Enter the schema version minor. This parameter is pre-filled with the latest known correct schema version minor value from the state. Only change this value if necessary. |
Schema Version Major | Enter the schema version major. This parameter is pre-filled with the latest known correct schema version major value from the state. Only change this value if necessary. |
Collection ID | Enter the collection ID. This parameter is pre-filled with the latest known correct collection ID value from the state. Only change this value if necessary. |
