MI Pandemic Pupil Learning List

Introduction

This will create a .csv list of the Pandemic Pupil Learning List. The Pandemic Pupil Learning List contains information regarding two-way communication between teachers and students.  The Pandemic Pupil Learning List can contain information about multiple students, teachers and courses. 

Selection Criteria

Student Selection

Student records are selected based on the following criteria:

  • All students who had a contact from a teacher during the selected date range will be selected.

  • The date of contact must be on or before the Contact End Date entered.

  • The date of contact must be on or after Contact Start Date entered.

  • If using a current student selection, the student must be in the current student selection.

  • The Student cannot be set to be excluded from State Reporting.

Report Input

Field

Description

Select schools to export. If none are selected the export will run for the entire district.

Select which schools to export if applicable.

Current Selection Students

Select whether to run the export file for the selected number of students or for all students.

Contact Start Date

Enter the start date for the date range.

Contact End Date

Enter the end date for the date range.
