MI KRA Teacher Export

Introduction

This will create the MI KRA Teacher Export file.

When opening this CVS file in Excel or Google Sheets, the leading zeroes in the School ID Number will be removed. This will cause issues in the import into the KReady Online system.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Teacher Selection

Teacher records are selected based on the following criteria:

  • The start date of the class must be before the Report End Date entered.

  • The end date of the class must be after the Report Start Date entered.

  • If using a current student selection, the student must be in the current student selection.

  • The teacher must be a lead teacher for a course or section that has a Kindergarten Classroom Type set to '01', '02' or '03'

  • When using the Student Selection, only teachers that have students in their sections and a Kindergarten Classroom Type: (KRA Reporting Only) of ‘01’, ‘02’ or ‘03’ on the Courses or Sections page will be reported.

Current Selection Teacher*

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The Selected [number] Teachers Only

  • All Teachers

Note: If running the report for a single teacher, or group of teachers, select the teachers prior to running report.

Start Date

Enter the start date for the date range.

End Date

Enter the end date for the date range.

Select schools to export.

Select which schools to export if applicable.

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
