MI Attendance For Transcript
Introduction
This will create the MI Attendance For Transcript report. Use this to calculate each student's days attended and days enrolled for each year of data within PowerSchool. The report generates a CSV file which allows the data to be imported back into PowerSchool. The data would then display on the Attnd Tab of each student's State/Province – MI page.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records based on the following criteria:
- The student had an active enrollment between the Start Date and End Date entered in the report parameters.([Students]EntryDate>=Start Date) and ([Students]ExitDate<End Date) or([ReEnrollments]EntryDate>=Start Date) and ([ReEnrollments]ExitDate<End Date)
- The report will only print the most current attendance when a grade level is repeated (i.e. grade level 14). The report should be run yearly and saved.
