PSSR-257368All States/Provinces: Digital Equity and Learning Preference link Is Visible on Public Portal When Disabled

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

PSSR-25419310/30 Day – by Class Pulling Multiple Entries for Concurrent Enrollments

10/30 Day - By Class: Version 2.0

The report now shows accurate attendance codes when classes share the same period. Previously, the report was showing duplicate attendance codes for classes in the same period.

Clock In / Clock Out Report: Version 1.2

The Clock In/Clock Out Report completes successfully for schools with multiple FTE's.

PSSR-253468Ed-Fi: AcademicSubjectDescriptor on Courses Is Not Publishing

The Course Offering records were not publishing through Ed-Fi and were showing errors related to an invalid Academic Subject Descriptor. This was due to an issue with the downloaded descriptors. This has been resolved and will now publish successfully. Before republishing, it is necessary to redownload the Descriptors (State Codes).

You must download the Descriptors (State Codes) before publishing the Course Offering records.
PSSR-251613Ed-Fi: CourseOfferings for Publishing with Multiple Terms

Course Offering records were not published when the course/section was associated with a term that was greater than 1/4. This is resolved, and all Course Offering records now publish.

PSSR-254008Ed-Fi: Early Education Program Association Records Not Publishing

The Early Education Program records were not publishing through Ed-Fi and were showing as errors. This has been corrected, and they now publish successfully. Also added Ed-Fi eligibilityReasonDescriptors and transitionConferenceDescriptors to Descriptors (State Codes) downloads.

You must download the Descriptors (State Codes) before publishing the Early Education Program Association records.
PSSR-255402Ed-Fi: Publish Additional Student Characteristics

On the Student Education Organization Association record, Foster Care, Parent In Military, Section 504, and Special Education will now publish as additional student characteristics. Performing a Publish All for Enrollments and Demographics will be required to update the Data Hub with this additional information.

PSSR-255207Pandemic Learning Pupil List - Update

Pandemic Learning Pupil List: Version 1.2

The following updates are made:

  • Contact Date is added to the report.
  • The Date column heading is renamed to “Student Response Date”.
  • The report sorts first by student name and then by the most recent contact date.

Teacher Student Data Link: Version 2.1

A new field, Course Funding Program, is added to the Sections and Courses page with the following values:

The report is updated to use the new field.

PSSR-255198Two-Way Communication Log - Update

The following updates are made:

  • Administrator Portal - The page is updated to show the most recent Contact Date first.
  • Teacher Portal - The layout has been adjusted to fit all information on the page.
