MI KRA Student Export
Introduction
This will create the MI KRA Student Export file.
When opening this CVS file in Excel or Google Sheets, the leading zeroes in the State Student ID and School ID Number will be removed. This will cause issues in the import into the KReady Online system.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
Student records are selected based on the following criteria:
The start date of the class must be before the Report End Date entered.
The end date of the class must be after the Report Start Date entered.
If using a current student selection, the student must be in the current student selection.
The student must have 'Include in KRA Reporting?' selected on the State/Province - MI > KRA tab.
The student must be currently enrolled in a course or section that has a Kindergarten Classroom Type set to '01', '02' or '03'.
The student cannot be set to be excluded from State Reporting.

End Date | Enter the end date for the date range. |
Select schools to export. | Select which schools to export if applicable. |
