State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-259988	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 20.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated. This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-269330	Courses Page Update	The SCED 1 Subject Area Code and SCED 1 Course Identifier Code are moved to the Obsolete section of the page. This information is reported using the SCED 6 Subject Area Code and SCED 6 Course Identifier Code fields.
PSSR-268134	Early Roster - Schema Update and New Legal Gender Override	Early Roster Update: Version 2.4 The following updates are made: Major Version is updated to “2021–2022” Collection ID is updated to “235” The Student’s Legal Gender will be reported when the student’s Preferred Gender is not M or F.
PSSR-268456	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records are removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked excluded	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records were being removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked as excluded. This issue is now resolved.
PSSR-266845	Ed-Fi: Error Pre-processing Data for Category COHORT	Student Cohort Association Records were not being generated correctly due to logic using an old namespace when cross-referencing Assessments. The namespace has been updated to the current value.
PSSR-271892	KRA Prior Care - Update	The Kindergarten Classroom Type select list is updated to include ‘03 Virtual Classroom'.
PSSR-266582	New Gender Comment and Legal Gender Override on Personal Core Page	The following updates are made to the Personal Core Page: The Legal Gender is the Gender used for State Reporting when the Preferred Gender is something other than M or F. A validation note appears to explain the Legal Gender override when Preferred Gender is something other than M or F. A new Gender Comment Field is added. This comment does not show on any reports.
