Introduction
This report will generate a PDF of the Virtual Learning Contact Form. The form will contain data regarding two-way interaction between the Teacher of Record and the student.
Forms are generated per student. If a student has a teacher that is doing instruction in more than one course, multiple courses will be included.
Note: This report will report students that have a Student Response Date in the Two-way Interaction Log and the Student Response Date must fall within the Date Range or the Count Weeks of the report.
