NJ SMART SID Management Extract version 4.4
The NJ SMART SID Management Extract report is updated to run successfully at the District Office for the school selection ‘All Schools’.

NJ SMART SID Management Extract: Version 4.4
The NJ SMART SID Management Extract report is updated with logic to extract data from historical fields in [S_NJ_REN_X] for enrollment records included in the output file when multiple records are reported. The following columns are impacted:
• DistrictStatus (Override) - if null, this value is calculated to report A or I
• DistrictEntryDate
• GradeLevel
• ELL Exit Date - *extracts from LEP_Completion_Date_Refused

Note: A value will need to be selected for these fields on the Previous Enrollment page for the student’s record or a blank value will be reported.

The following fields are added to the S_NJ_STU_X table to be used for the NJS SID report:
• SID_ExcludeEnrollment
• SID_EntryDate
• SID_ExitDate
• District_Status_Override

The following fields are added to the S_NJ_REN_X table to be used for the NJS SID report:

• SID_ExcludeEnrollment
• SID_EntryDate
• SID_ExitDate
• District_Status_Override
• DistrictEntryDate
• LEP_Completion_Date_Refused
• GradeLevelCode

The Start Page > Student Selection > Transfer Information > Edit Current Enrollment page is updated to add the following new fields:
• Exclude this enrollment from NJ SMART SID
• SID Entry Date
• SID Exit Date
• District Status Override

The Start Page > Student Selection > Transfer Information > Edit Previous Enrollment page is updated to add the following new fields:
• Exclude this enrollment from NJ SMART SID
• SID Entry Date
• SID Exit Date
• District Status Override
• District Entry Date
• LEP Program Refused
• NJ SMART Grade Level

The Start Page > Student Selection > New Jersey State Information > NJS SID page is updated as follows:
• Days Open field is moved to the Attendance Section
• LIEP Type, LIEP Language of Instruction fields are now located after the LEP Program Refused field.
• A new section named Senior/Graduate Information is created below the Enrollment/Program Information section. The ELA Pathway, Math Pathway, Bridge Year, Federal HS, Biliterate, World Language Assessments, and Military Indicator fields are moved to this new section.
• Health Insurance Status, Health Insurance Provider, and Consent to Release Information to NJ Family Care fields are moved to the Additional Information section.

Page Updates Required for 2021-22 for the pages District Setup page for special programs, student SID tab, Previous Enrollment page

When navigating to the District Setup page for special programs, the New NJ Program Type Code field on the Edit Special Programs page is updated as follows:

• The description for code 22 now displays as Emotional Regulation Impairment Special Class
• Codes PG, AD, 21, 26, and 27 are discontinued and no longer available for selection

When navigating to the student SID tab, the Gender field is updated to display the value stored instead of being a modifiable field. The data entry point remains available on the student Demographic page. In addition, the Student Internet Connectivity is moved above Student Device Owner.

When navigating to the student Previous Enrollment page, the following fields are relocated:

• Student Learning Environment field now displays after In District Placement
• Student Internet Connectivity field now displays above Student Device Owner
• Student Learning Model field now displays above Lunch Status; validation for this field is removed

The NCES Course Identifier codes are updated to meet the NJ SMART SCED Code changes as follows:
• NCES Subject Area 24 is updated to include the following course identifiers:
