You must define the following special education placement codes for your district, exactly as they are listed in the table. The descriptions are optional and may be abbreviated.

18 | At least 50% of the school week is spent in a regular education early childhood program or Kindergarten |

Ages 6 through 21 only | |
09 | 80% or more of the school day in the presence of regular education students |
10 | Between 40–79% of the school day in the presence of regular education students |
11 | Less than 40% of the school day in the presence of regular educations students |
12 | Public Separate School |
13 | Private Day School |
14 | Private Residential |
15 | Public Residential |
16 | Home Instruction |
17 | Correctional Facility |
