State Reporting 20.12.1.0 Release Notes

Clock In/Clock Out Report: Version: 1.1
The Clock In/Clock Out Report has been updated and will report multiple Time In and Time Out values, on a single day, if they exist.

Contact Tracing Report Version: 1.3
The Contract Tracing report has been updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points will be extracted:

• Name
• Student/Staff Indicator
• Student Number
• Grade Level
• School Abr
• Incident Date
• Incident ID
• Incident Title
• Incident School Abr
• Contact Name
• Phone Number

The parameter has been brought in a single row which says "Include" and the user can check the option "Class", "Busing" and "Incident"

Note: Description has been updated for report

The list of students will now be returned if the user enters a start and end date that span multiple years.

NJ Archive SPED Data Version 1.1
The NJ Archive SPED Data report is updated to prevent the creation of an archive record for any student in selection if the student SPED fields are null.

• NJ SLA (NJ Student Learning Assessment) Report: Version 3.2
  The report is updated to extract the Student Education Classification code value 18 if stored for a student.
• NJ SLA-S (Student Learning Assessment - Science) Report: Ver-2.2
  The report is updated to extract the Student Education Classification code value 18 if stored for a student.
• NJ State Assessment Registration Report: Ver-2.8
  The report is updated to extract the Student Education Classification code value 18 if stored for a student.

NJ ACCESS For ELLs Pre-ID Report: Version 1.5
The identified report is updated to extract the Student Education Classification code value 18 if selected.

The value descriptions for the Special Education Classification Field on the student NJ SpEd tab are updated to reflect the modified descriptions outlined by NJSMART..

NJ - Health History and Appraisal Report Update: PS 20.4.x+ Extract Health Concerns/Chronic History

Student Health History Appraisal Report: Version 1.6

The identified report is updated to extract recorded student health concerns/chronic history from the PowerSchool Advanced Health Module that are required for NJ State Reporting.  The recorded health concern must be listed as one of the 22 Health History items provided on the state Health History and Appraisal form.  To populate the 'Year' column of the report, the very first characters in the comments/summary for the student health concern must indicate a year value (i.e. 2019).  Any free-form text can be entered following this value.  If multiple records are entered, the most recent record is reported.
