Expulsion/Suspension Letter Report: Version 1.0 The Expulsion/Suspension Letter Report is available on the state reporting tab in the Miscellaneous category to generate the template for the selected students and corresponding incidents. Incidents and participants must meet the selection criteria to be reported. Users can generate an Expulsion/Suspension Letter report with the format and data outlined. Incidents with the following Action Codes are included in the report:
