State Reporting 22.9.1.0 Release Notes

A new report, Student Transfer Card (A41) Report has been added to the list of available state reports for New Jersey. The report is located in the Miscellaneous section of the State Reports tab. The report generates the form needed to formally document the transfer of a student using the NJ A41 format. This report should be run prior to transferring the students' enrollment record to a new school, else, select the run-time option to indicate that the student has been transferred and re-enrolled. A record can be created for multiple students if they are moving to the same school of record, otherwise, select 1 student at a time.
