Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.4

The render class for the Attendance Profile report is updated and the report will now complete successfully regardless of which node (in the array) processes the report job.

UI Update: Addition of District Entry Date and School Entry Date Fields to Student ReEnroll in School Page

When navigating to the student ReEnroll in School Functions page, two NJ fields are added in the NJ State Information section.

• District Entry Date (Information Icon: Populate for students returning to the District)

• School Entry Date (Information Icon: Populate for all new school entries)

NJ SMART Career and Technical Data Extract: Version 2.7

NJ SLA (NJ Student Learning Assessment) Report Version 3.5

When generating the report template for a student who has a record with the value of ALG01, ALG02, or GEO1 for Test Code, extract the value stored in [S_NJ_STU_X]FirstHSMathAssessment_YN for column AZ. All other Test Codes will have no value reported in AZ.

Student Transfer Card: New Field for Proof of Age Document

When navigating to the State/Province - NJ > General tab, a new “NJ Proof of Age Document” field is added to the bottom of the page. The field is a drop-down with the Reported Values as defined in the “NJProofOfAge” Code Set under District Setup.

Note: Code Set need to be created with the exact name of “NJProofOfAge” and values need to be created by the end user.
