When generating the report template for a student who has a record with the value of ALG01, ALG02, or GEO1 for Test Code, extract the value stored in [S_NJ_STU_X]FirstHSMathAssessment_YN for column AZ. All other Test Codes will have no value reported in AZ.

Student Transfer Card: New Field for Proof of Age Document

When navigating to the State/Province - NJ > General tab, a new “NJ Proof of Age Document” field is added to the bottom of the page. The field is a drop-down with the Reported Values as defined in the “NJProofOfAge” Code Set under District Setup.

Note: Code Set need to be created with the exact name of “NJProofOfAge” and values need to be created by the end user.
