State Reporting 22.9.2.0 Release Notes

Health Info Report: Version 1.1

The report is now updated to pull the data from Student Contacts.

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

The drop-down for CRDC subject category on the section/course page to select the category has been enabled.
The field values for “Which subject category does this fall under?” has been enabled and the applicable subject can be selected.

In some scenarios, the NJS SMID tab staff fields with drop down selection did not display any values.  This has been corrected to display values in the drop-down fields.

The field values for NCES Subject Area and NCES Course Identifier has been updated to include all valid state specified values at the Course and Section level. The following new values are added:

1. When Selecting NCES Subject Area 03, IB Sports, Exercise, and Health Science (065), the NCES Course Identifier field is available in the drop-down list.
2. When Selecting NCES Subject Area 05, IB Film (194), the NCES Course Identifier field is available in the drop-down list.
3. When Selecting NCES Subject Area 07, IB World Religions (017), the NCES Course Identifier field is available in the drop-down list.

NJ SMART SID Management Extract: Version 4.7
The NJ SMART SID Management Extract report is updated to ensure Graduated students are included when the parameter is selected.
