New Data Fields for NJ SID Management Tab

Eleven additional fields are added to the State/Province - NJ > NJ SID tab to allow data entry for the new collection of Biliteral data for the NJ SMART SID Management report. The fields are as follows:

• Biliterate

• World Language Assessment 1

• World Language Assessment 2

• World Language Assessment 3

• World Language Assessment 4

• World Language Assessment 5

• World Languages Assessed 1

• World Languages Assessed 2

• World Languages Assessed 3

• World Languages Assessed 4

• World Languages Assessed 5

The default value for these fields is blank. Page validation is added for the Biliteral field to ensure that a value is selected for students with a grade level of 12.

Value Display Update for LIEP Type

The drop-down lists for Language Instruction Education Program for a student (LIEP_TYPE) located on the student NJ SID tab , Current Enrollment page, and Previous Enrollment page are updated to display the state valid value as follows:
1 = Dual language
2 = Full Time Bilingual (Transitional)
3 = Bilingual alternative Programs
4 = English alternative Programs (Hi-Intensity, SEI)
5 = ESL Only or ELS
6 = Currently an ELL but ELL Program Services refused by parent/guardian
