PSSR-276347	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report Update	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report: Version 2.2 The identified report is updated to display a Medication section instead of Medication page to more closely match the format provided by State. In this section, a single medication is extracted. The name, start date, and end date of the most recently started medication based on the current system date is displayed. If multiple medications have the same date started, the most recently created record is selected. The medication name can print up to 26 characters to fit the predetermined area.
