PSSR-213607	Update ASSA Student Data Extract Report LEP logic to match NJSMART logic	The ASSA Student Data Extract Report now identifies a student as LEP based on the IEPBegin and IEPEnd date of the student for the report runtime dates provided. The report is also updated from RE to SRP reporting platform.
PSSR-232112	Add Student Lunch Status Field to Student Transfer Info Page	The Student Lunch Status field is added to the Current Enrollment and Previous Enrollment pages. On the Edit Current Enrollment page, the field displays as a hyperlink to the student Lunch tab. On the Edit Previous Enrollment Page, the field displays as a select list as displayed on the student Lunch tab.
PSSR-234272	NCES Subject Area and NCES Identifier Validation Warning Displays in Error at the Section Level	When navigating to the Sections page for any course where the NCES Subject Area and NCES Identifier have been previously selected, the page validation is updated to no longer display the following validation warning: "Invalid NCES Subject Area and Course Identifier combination, current Section values are Subject Area ( ) and Course Identifier ( )."
PSSR-231800	Field Validation Update for Biliterate on NJS SID Page to Include NJ SMART Grade Level	The validation in place for field Biliterate on Start Page > Student Selection > New Jersey State Information > NJS SID tab is updated to look at the NJ SMART Grade Level field. If the value for the field is greater then or equal 12 or equals to AD,A1 or A2 and the field is blank for Biliterate, the alert will display indicting that a value is required. If the field is blank, then [Students]Grade_Level field will be checked for the validation.
PSSR-214148	New Fields for NJ SMART SMID and Staff Submission Extracts	Additional Staff fields are added to the Teacher/Staff page to support the NJ SMART data collection for the Staff Submission and SMID submissions. All fields can be accessed by selecting the NJ SMART Staff Information link located at the bottom of the Information page for all staff. They are grouped by submission, with the exception of the data elements collected in both submissions which are listed at the top of the page. Data elements submitted when creating the teacher/staff profile do not have to be resubmitted. The previously entered value is displayed with a hyperlink to the data entry location. A future update to the staff assignment information will provide an enhanced description display.
PSSR-175574	New - NJ Health Vaccine Setup Script	A script is created to populate setup data used in NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report related to Vaccines, Vaccine Exemptions, and TB Screening for users where setup in these areas has not yet been completed. The script is executed at startup. The following Vaccines are set: DIPHTHERIA, TETANUS, PERTUSSIS (DTaP) or any combination Tdap POLIO – INACTIVATED POLIO VACCINE (IPV) MEASLES, MUMPS, RUBELLA (MMR) HAEMOPHILUS INFLUENZAE B (HIB) HEPATITIS B VARICELLA PNEUMOCOCCAL CONJUGATE MENINGOCOCCAL HEPATITIS A (HPV) HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS The following Vaccine Exemptions are set: Medical Religious Lab Immunity for HEPB Lab Immunity for VAR Lab Immunity for Measles Lab Immunity for Rubella Lab Immunity for Mumps The following TB Screening Skin Test Types are set and inactive: Mantoux IGRA The following Chest X-ray Impression Results are set and inactive: Normal Abnormal For more information, see the District Setup section in the online State Reporting Guide.
PSSR-228405	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report Updates: Titer/TB Data	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report: Version 1.2 The NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report is updated to extract vaccine exemption and TB blood test result data. The date and the code for the student's exemption where the state code is defined as Hepatitis B - TiterHEPB, Varicella - TiterVAR, Measles - TiterMEA, Rubella - TiterRUB, or Mumps - TiterMUM will extract for each corresponding vaccine in the Titer section of the report. When a student has a TB Screening with an entry using the new TB Blood Test field and the test type is set to IGRA, the test date will display on the IGRA line in the report. The most recent two test screenings for TB Screening are displayed. Note: Data must be stored to be extracted.
PSSR-223077	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report Updates: Lead/Vision Screenings	NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report: Version 1.2 NJ Student Health History and Appraisal Report is updated to extract student screening data stored for the following areas: Vision Screening without Correction Both eye result. Vision Screening with Correction Left eye result. Vision Screening with Correction Right eye result. Vision Screening with Correction Both eye result. Vision Screening Muscle Balance. Lead Screening date and result. Note: Screening data must be stored to be extracted. Fields are only available in PowerSchool 20.4.x or later.
