Pre-ID Test Labels for Algebra I & II

Use

If run at the district level, choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:

• Default – District Wide. Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria.
• Current School Only – Includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria.
• District Wide – Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Students to Include

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
• All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running a report.

Date to Scan

Enter the date to scan for the report.

Processing Options

Choose a time to run the report from the pop-up menu:

• In Background Now (Recommended) to execute the report immediately in the background.
• ASAP to execute the report in the order it is received in the Report Queue.
• At Night to execute the report during the next evening.
• On Weekend to execute the report during the next weekend.
• On Specific Time to execute the report on the date and time specified.

Specific Date/Time

Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyyor mm-dd-yyyyin order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry.

Use the pop-up menus to schedule the report to be run at a specific hour and minute.

Example: 7/29/2008 @ 10:05 AM.

Enter the Algebra I and II Course Numbers as acomma separatedlist.

Enter the course numbers that correspond to the Algebra I and II courses for your district. Enter the course numbers as acomma delimitedlist in the following format, e.g., M8208,M8209,M6208,M7200.

Enter the Algebra Course Types Numbers as acomma separatedlist.

For each of the courses entered in the list, enter their type (01=Algebra I, 02=Algebra II) in the following format, e.g., 01,01,02,01

The first Course Type corresponds to the first Course Number, the second Course Type corresponds to the second Course Number, and so on.

Note: Be sure that the number of Course Types entered equals the number of Course Numbers entered.

Enter Test Admin Code

Enter the code assigned to the administration for which the student is being registered. The value for the Spring 20 administration is opsprg09, which is the default. A different Admin Code may be required in the future, such as opsprg13.

Default Test Format

Type the default test format value to be extracted when the Algebra test format field value is blank on the Pre-ID Test Labels for Alg I & II page for a student. Options are Paper or Online.

Include Report Headings

Select the Include Report Headings to include column headings in the extract file.

Select No Report Headings when you are creating the extract to be submitted to the State of New Jersey. The New Jersey DOE will not accept an extract file with report headings.
