All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report - HTML Output Update.

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.7

The Attendance Profile report has been updated and will the result file will be in HTML (rather than PDF). This change allows for a dynamic presentation of the data which will make the report results more user-friendly.


All States/Provinces: Immunization Rules Engine Update for Student Date fields

The Immunization Rules Engine and rules can now be written that compare dose dates to a student’s entry date (into school).

Note: Immunization compliance rules must be updated to take advantage of this new functionality.


NJ SCED Course Code Updates 22-23

The follow three values have been added to the NCES Subject Identifier drop-down for NCES Subject Area: Computer and Information Sciences (60) on the Edit Course and Edit Section pages:

  • Computer Science K-2 (901)

  • Computer Science Grade 3-5 (902)

  • Computer Science Grade 6-8 (903)


NJ SMART CTE Template: 22-23 Updates

Three fields CTETestSkill, CTETestDeveloper, and CTETestName are discontinued form the report “Career and Technical Data Extract”.


NJ SMART CTE Template: 22-23 Updates (UI)

Three fields "CTE Test Skill Assessment", "CTE Test Developer", and "CTE Test Name" are moved to new section "DISCONTINUED"
which is available at the bottom of the student CTE tab.

NJ Student Transfer Card (A41) Report: Version 1.2

Null value in report parameter has been addressed in the NJ Student Transfer Card (A41) Report to allow a re-run of the report with saved report parameters.
