State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-272651	NJSMART SID Management Report	NJ SMART SID Management Extract 3.6 The NJ SMART SID Management report is updated to meet the 2021-2022 submission requirements. • ImmigrantStatus field is reporting blank if the student has a blank value setup. • Parameter Page is updated to remove the Use Two Session Meeting Attendance parameter.
PSSR-272188	NJ Assessment UI Update	The Start Page > Student Selection > New Jersey State Information > SLA-S tab is modified to include three new drop-down options "(SC06) Grade 6 Science", "(SC09) Grade 9 Science" and "(SC12) Grade 12 Science" for the "Test Code" field. These values are added to support the registration for Start Strong.
PSSR-272161	NJ Start Strong Assessment	NJ Start Strong Assessment Registration Report: Version 1.0 The identified report is added to the “New Jersey Assessments section" below the “NJ State Assessment Registration Report”. The report generates the registration file in the required format for the supported Test Codes for Start Strong. The report is a combination of the NJSLA and NJSLA-S extracts, and pulls data from those existing tabs and NJSLA setup.
PSSR-264770	NJSMART SID Management: Page Validation for LIEP Language of Instruction	The following validation warning will display upon data entry: 1. If LanguageInstructionEducationalProgram has a valid value of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, LIEPLanguageOfInstruction must have a valid value. Alert: LIEP Type is 1,2,3,4 or 5. A value must be selected for LIEP Language of Instruction. 2. If LanguageInstructionEducationalProgram value = 1, 2, or 3, then LIEPLanguageOfInstruction must be an acceptable value listed above other than ENG. Alert: LIEP Type is 1,2,3. A value other than ENG must be selected for LIEP Language of Instruction. 3. If LanguageInstructionEducationalProgram value = 6, then LIEPLanguageOfInstruction must be blank. Alert: LIEP Type is 6. Value must be blank for LIEP Language of Instruction.
