2021-2022 P-EBT Report Updates

P-EBT Data Collection: Version 1.3

What to expect in this release:

An In-Person record is pulled for students by default if a Learning Modality is not mapped.
Students with multiple school enrollments during the school year will have at least one record for each school depending on their Learning Modalities.

Known Issue:

We have identified an issue with the report adding additional records if the school has created an In-Person Learning Modality Program for the Student. The problematic scenario occurs only when there is an In-Person Learning Modality program record for part of the year and no specified Learning Modality for the remainder of the year.

Workaround:

To avoid reporting additional records in the report we suggest a workaround:

Delete the Student records with In-Person Learning Modality
Delete the In-Person Learning Modality Program

Example scenario:

The student has an In-Person Learning Modality at School A and moves to School B that has not mapped any Learning Modality:

In this scenario, the report should return one In-Person record for School A and one more In-Person record for School B. However, an additional In-Person record is being added to the report output because School A has reported an In-Person Learning Modality.

2021-2022 P-EBT Report Updates and Data Collection Changes

Colorado P-EBT: Version 1.3

A new data collection date field, P-EBT FRPL Eligibility Date Override is added to the Students Lunch Page. The P-EBT report is updated to include this field in the FRPL Eligibility Date column of the report extract.

If your district needs to report the FRPL Eligibility Date other than the Start Date of the applicable Lunch history record, then you need to provide the dates on the new data collection field. If not, then you can ignore this field.
