At-Risk Interchange File
Introduction
The At-Risk Interchange File reports the census block data (state, county, track, and block codes) associated with each student’s primary physical address. This data is required for the neighborhood socioeconomic status index information to implement the new at-risk measure. This new measure is implemented and included in the Total Program funding calculation as described in the Public-School Finance Act, which will continue to utilize student-level data reported through the Student October Count data collection.
Note: This report should be run after the process for the Bulk Update of Census Block Data has been run.
