All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Attribute Display Update

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.6

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and now, when an attribute is entered/assigned to an incident, participant, or action, it will be reported as follows:

  • Text/Numeric/Date attributes - The saved text/numeric/date value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name.

  • Yes/No - The saved Yes/No value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name.

  • Select - If the attribute checkbox is checked, the name of the attribute will be displayed in the report output name.

New Report - At-Risk Interchange Report

At-Risk Interchange Report: Version 1.0

The At-Risk Interchange File reports the census block data (state, county, track, and block codes) associated with each student’s primary physical address.

State Reportable Codes of Action and Behavior Incident Management Codes and Subcodes Appended to the Code Name

State reporting codes are appended in parentheses at the end of their respective behavior code names. Users will now be able to see the codes in the District-level codes and subcodes setup and in the Create/Edit Incident pages.

Update to Incident Pages

The Report Investigation Time field has been moved from Action Attributes to the Incident level. Users can update this field by editing an Incident after it has been created.
