Census Block Data on the CO Demographics Page will now be updated automatically (using the Census Geocode API) when the Home Address of a student is updated on the Addresses page or the Demographics page.

Enrollment level field to exclude enrollment from State Reporting

The 'Exclude Enrollment from State Reporting' checkbox has been added to both the current enrollment and previous enrollment pages. This field will be used in the Student School Association Report to exclude enrollments from state reporting. The report changes will follow in subsequent releases.

Note: The value of this field transfers to the previous enrollment when a student is transferred out. After a re-enrollment, the field retains the value of the previous enrollment. This behavior for re-enrollment will be updated in a subsequent release to default this field to unchecked when a re-enrollment happens.

The CO TSDL Interchange Report has been updated to include the ‘Credits_Granted' when S_CO_STU_X.Migrant or S_CO_REN_X.Migrant is either ‘T' or '1’.
