2024-25: At-Risk Interchange Report - Data Collections

The following new fields are added in the Students CO Demographic Page:

Foster Child - This is a checkbox field.
Confidentiality Program participant - This is a checkbox field.
State Code - This is a read-only field in UI.
County Code - This is a read-only field in UI.
Tract Code - This is a read-only field in UI.
Block Code - This is a read-only field in UI.
