Contact Tracing Report Update - Busing Data

Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.1

The Contact Tracing report is updated and now pulls busing data based on a newly added report parameter.

With the busing data parameter checked, the report will pull students that may have shared the bus with the report the student is run for based on the following:

  • Route Number

  • Day

  • From/To School

CO Student Certificate of Immunization: Version 1.0

The Student Certificate of Immunization is now available in the State Reports tab and provides dose dates for twelve vaccines in a form provided by the Department of Public Health.

The report must be run for a student selection. Otherwise, an error message is displayed, and the Submit button is disabled.

The logic pulls the Parent/Guardian Name based on the following logic:

  • Pull the name from the student contact record with the highest contact priority order where the Lives With and Custody flags are selected
    • If there are no contacts that match the criteria, the above fields are considered
    • If the above fields are blank, then the mother field
    • If the above fields are blank, then the father field

This report pulls vaccine dose dates based on specific State Report Code values in the vaccines/exemptions. View the CO State Reporting Help for more information on this setup.
