State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-259988	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 20.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated. This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-268456	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records are removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked excluded	Ed-Fi Framework: Student records were being removed when enrolled in a summer school that is marked as excluded. This issue is now resolved.
PSSR-259990	Ed-Fi: No Show Programs Publishing Incorrect Exit Date	When a no-show student has an exit date that is before the first day of school, the entered exit date is used as the published exit date. If the exit date is after the first day of school, then the previous in-session date is used as the published exit date.
PSSR-265475	Incident Management Setup for DIRS/CRDC	A script is created for the Incident Management codes and sub-codes required for DIRS and CRDC reporting. A new Discipline Codes and Subcodes Status field is added to the State Information section on the Start Page > District Setup > District Information page. After installing this release, do the following: Navigate to District > District Info and click the Load Codes/Subcodes link. The new Incident Management codes will be added to the database after: The hourly process runs PowerSchool is restarted
PSSR-272746	MARSS B File - Title 1 Update	MARSS B File: Version 3.1 An update is made to report Title 1 from the ‘Split Enrollments.’ This only applies when ‘Split Enrollments' (Setup > District > Schools/School Info > Select School > A File School Setup > Split Enrollments or Select a student > Transfer Info > Current or Previous Enrollment > Split Enrollments) is set to ‘Yes’.
