State Reporting 23.1.2.0 Release Notes

The ReportWorks/SRP config files have now been modified to be called only through the re-initialization cycle. This improves the SRP startup times and avoids previously reported failures.

The State Validation tab that was introduced in SR 22.12.2 in error is now removed from the System Reports area of PowerSchool.

Incident Profile Report: Version 1.3

The Incident Profile report has been updated and will no longer duplicate incident data.

Ed-Fi Calendars

The Instructional Days field in the Calendars resource was causing an internal issue when sent to the state with leading zeroes. The leading zeroes have been removed to prevent the internal issue at the state.

MN MCCC Student Extract Version: 2.7

The Grade Scale Type of ‘Special’ did not include the ‘Grade for MCCC Reporting’ section. This is corrected and users can select grades from the ‘Grade for MCCC Reporting’ in the Special Grade Scales.

MARSS 51 Homeless Federal Count Version: 1.1

The following updates are made:

• A new ‘Transitional housing' code with the value of 'TH’ is added to the Homeless Nighttime Residence select list.
• A new column titled ‘Transitional Housing’ is added to the MARSS 51 Homeless Federal Count.

MCCC Student Extract Version: 2.7

The report was excluding courses when students transferred out of a section. The report is updated to include sections from which a student transferred out if there is a historical grade (stored grade) for the withdrawn section.

The File Folder Number (FFN) field length is changed to allow 7 digits.
