Ed-Fi: Schema Update for EDFI_MN_LIB Not Loading for April Release

A file was omitted from the April release preventing some scripts from executing for two Ed-Fi updates. The file has is included in this release, and the scripts will now execute for the two updates listed below.

The logic for calendar count is updated so that if a day is marked as In Session and the Membership Value > 0, then the day is counted towards membership. Otherwise, the day does not count towards membership.
For a no show student, if the State_Aid_Cat = 98 then the student will be published through Ed-Fi. If the State_Aid_Cat is not 98, then nothing for the student will be published.
