Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
The report selects records based on the following criteria:
- Staff members have Include in STAR LA File selected from the start page > Staff > Select a Staff Member > Information > STAR Information.
- The Staff member must also have a Licensed Staff Assignments (LB) entry from start page > Staff > Select a Staff Member > Information > STAR Information > Licensed Staff Assignments (LB).
- A Staff member will have one record for every Licensed Staff Assignments (LB) entry for a particular staff member.

Field | Description |

Report Parameters | There are no Report Parameters for this report. |
Processing Options | Use the pull-down menu to select a processing option. The default option is In Background Now. The option to override is available for this report. |
Specific Date/Time | Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy in order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry. |
| Use Alternate School Number | If you require the use of the Alternate School number select Yes. |
Submit | Click Submit to run the report. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
The MCCC Staff Extract is a XML file.
