MN DIRS Extract

Contents:

Introduction

The Disciplinary Incident Reporting System (DIRS) is a web-based, password-protected system where all public school districts must report disciplinary incidents that result in suspension or expulsion. This report will create an xml data file for the DIRS batch file upload from Incident Management. The DIRS batch file upload can be uploaded multiple times to DIRS. The DIRS batch file upload will only insert and update records in the DIRS System.

This report uses Incident Management to generate results. Please refer to the Incident Management section of the State Reporting Help for additional information.

Incidents between the start and end dates that have an Incident Type of (DIRS/CRDC) Disicipline^ will be included in the file.
