Creating the SERVS Science Course Record File

Introduction

To generate the Science Course Record file navigate to Reports > State Reports page, select the Science Report – SCR File link. Click Submit to run the report and view the report in the Report Queue to save the report to the local computer. There are no parameters for this report, the courses were set using the Science – Edit Courses screen.
Note: The SCR file will default to SCR<district number><district type>.TXT. For example: Hibbing's SCR file might look like SCR070101.TXT
