Staff Setup

The Staff/Course submission will need to contain the section teacher's File Folder Number. Unless STAR reporting has been in use, it is unlikely that a teacher's File Folder Number has been entered. To manually enter a teacher's File Folder Number, select the proper staff member from the Staff Search. Select Edit Information and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click the STAR Information link. Enter the correct File Folder Number and Submit the change.

To import the File Folder Numbers in a batch, a text file can be created and imported in to the Teachers table. It would need to contain the following fields:
